This is going to make sure your appointment is held and protection against any missed or canceled appointments. If you NO SHOW or CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS of your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 30% cancellation fee! If you are MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE to your appointment will result in being RESCHEDULED AND CHARGED THE 30% CANCELLATION FEE!
